Partners

     On August 30, 1993,  John Bianco and Josh Rosenblum opened the law firm Rosenblum & Bianco, LLP.

 

     Richard P. Byrne was added as a partner in July 2023.

​

    Our practice is focused on the representation of landlords in New York City and the surrounding counties. Our firm appears regularly in the five boroughs of New York City as well as in Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, and Tarrytown. We handle landlord-tenant matters in the Civil Court of the City of New York and the Supreme Court of the State of New York, as well as at administrative agencies.

John Bianco is a founding partner of Rosenblum & Bianco, LLP.

 

John attended Temple University where he received his Bachelor of Science Degrees in Real Estate and Finance in 1987. John graduated Hofstra University Law School in 1990 and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1991.

 

Prior to opening Rosenblum and Bianco, LLP he was an attorney for Daniels & Norelli, PC and Gutman, Mintz, Baker & Sonnefeldt, PC.

 

John is currently admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey as well as the United States Court Eastern District.

Josh Rosenblum is a founding partner of Rosenblum & Bianco, LLP.

​

Josh attended college at SUNY Binghamton where he graduated in 1984. Josh graduated SUNY Buffalo Law School in 1988 and was admitted to both the New York State Bar and the Connecticut State Bar in 1989, the Federal Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in 2012.

Prior to opening Rosenblum & Bianco LLP he was an attorney for Gutman, Mintz, Baker & Sonnefeldt, PC.

Richard P. Byrne joined Rosenblum & Bianco, LLP in 2017 as an associate in the firm’s Landlord/Tenant Practice. Richard made partner in July of 2023.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Richard spent several years representing Landlords and other creditors in post-tenancy litigation and collections proceedings. Richard’s experience in Creditor’s Rights and Commercial litigation is an asset to Rosenblum & Bianco, LLP as we continually strive to serve our clients beyond the typical housing court proceeding.


Richard earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from Carnegie Mellon University in 2010 before graduating from New York Law School in 2013. He was admitted to practice in New York in 2014.
