Tracy William Boshart

Tracy Boshart, joined the firm on June 4, 2018.

Mr. Boshart has been a civil litigation attorney since 1993 specializing in Landlord/Tenant, Real Property, Administrative Law and related issues. He has over 25 years’ experience in all aspects of Landlord/Tenant Law,  Rent Regulation, Leasing (both litigation and negotiation), Commercial Claims, Administrative Law (including DHCR, ECB, DEC, DOB, DOH, DOS), and debtor/creditor law and  collections.

Tracy brings an extremely high level of experience to our firm and is well versed in Appeals, Trials, Hearings, Motion Practice and Holdovers. He is well respected in Court and by other members of the Bar.

In his spare time Tracy is an avid cyclist, fisherman and continues his life long effort to become proficient on the guitar.

Richard Byrne

Richard Byrne joined Rosenblum & Bianco, LLP  in 2017 as an associate in the firm’s Landlord/Tenant Practice. Prior to joining the firm, Richard spent several years representing Landlords and other creditors in post-tenancy litigation and collections proceedings. Richard’s experience in Creditor’s Rights and Commercial litigation is an asset to Rosenblum & Bianco, LLP as we continually strive to serve our clients beyond the typical housing court proceeding.

​Richard earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from Carnegie Mellon University in 2010 before graduating from New York Law School in 2013. He was admitted to practice in New York in 2014.

Jason Danisi

Jason Danisi graduated from Villanova University School of Law in 2003 after receiving his Bachelor of Arts Degree, Summa Cum Laude, from St. John's University in 1999. He is admitted in the States of New York and New Jersey as well as in the Federal District Courts for the District of New Jersey, the Eastern District of New York, and the Southern District of New York. He joined the firm in 2008 and now handles Landlord/Tenant cases daily in each of the five boroughs of New York City Civil Court.

​Prior to joining Rosenblum & Bianco, LLP, Jason worked for Rappaport, Hertz, Cherson & Rosenthal, P.C; and McDonough, Marcus, Cohn, Tretter, Heller & Kanca, LLP.

Michelle Hagler

Michelle Hagler joined Rosenblum & Bianco, LLP as an Associate in 2015, and currently makes daily appearances for the firm in the Landlord/Tenant Part of the New York City Civil Court. She has been a litigation and trial attorney in numerous practice areas including matrimonial/family law, criminal law, labor law, civil litigation and collections, and most recently Landlord/Tenant Law.

She obtained her Undergraduate Degree from CUNY Brooklyn College, Summa Cum Laude in 2002 and her Law Degree from New York Law School in 2005. She is admitted to practice in New York (2006) as well as in the Federal Courts of the Southern (2012) and Eastern (2012) Districts of New York.

Diana Morgan

Diana Morgan rejoined Rosenblum & Bianco, LLP in 2013 as a Senior Associate after having worked with us previously from 2002 to 2008. She practices in complex civil litigation with a focus on residential and commercial real estate matters and Landlord/Tenant disputes. She is admitted to practice in New York, Pennsylvania, the Eastern District and Southern District of the U.S. District Court and currently makes daily appearances in the Landlord/Tenant Part of the New York City Civil Court , Supreme Court, and Federal Court. 


Diana graduated from New York Law School in 1997 after graduating from John Jay College with honors, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies.  She has previously been employed by other reputable firms like Belkin Burden and Wenig Saltiel LLP.

Mehjabeen Rahman

Mehjabeen Rahman joined Rosenblum & Bianco, LLP  in 2019 as an associate in the firm’s Landlord/Tenant Practice.
